If you have a product in need of repair, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization request number. Doing so is the best way to ensure your request is routed to the proper channels.

· Model (Such as T2, Omega, Gamma, etc…)

· Return Address

· Problem with the Unit
Support can be reached at 1-800-413-413 or 1-915-633-8354 from outside the U.S. and Canada. The specialist on the line will either issue you a return authorization (RA) number or walk you through troubleshooting steps in the event the problem can be resolved.
All items sent in for repair must have an RA number. Teknetics Metal Detectors® cannot guarantee the repair of items received without a clearly marked RA number.
After you have received an RA number, package your unit securely. We are not responsible for damage incurred in transit. UPS/FedEx recommends at least four inches (102mm) of packaging between the unit and box on all sides. Please do not use packing peanuts as they shift in transit. Please place the RA number on the box and/or packing slip and send it to:

We suggest using FedEx or UPS for the return shipment, if sending the return through the United States Poste Office, we encourage you to insure the package use CERTIFIED MAIL WITH RETURN RECEIPT.
Please refer to your unit warranty for coverage information. The warranty covers parts, labor, and return shipping. The only cost you will incur is the shipping costs required to send the unit in for service. If the unit in question is out of warranty, we will contact you with a repair estimate before any work is done.
